CRW ASKS ACC FOR TRUCAMS
TO ENABLE PCSO'S
TO ADDREESS COMMUNITY SPEEDING
In May2017- with residential speeding
levels and numbers hurtling out of control at 30%
CRW Called ON THE ACC
AND PCC to get our PCSO'S
out onto our Community streets with TRUCAMS
like other 21st century, caring, proactive Constabularies- like ESSEX
& CHESHIRE
In Mar 19, that request was repeated to the ACC only -
HERE
(Not the PCC because this is an OPERATIONAL matter and operational
matters do not concern the PCC as CRW has been told many times by the PCC)
The ACC rejected the call for the TRUCAM (or even a trial funded/arranged by
CRW)
However, CRW persisted HERE,
with this concerning DATA
and in Apr 19 the ACC referred the matter to the CPRSP for consideration
