(As the County Council has done when it adopted the Covenant and adapted it for HCV use - See Here
but further changes are NOT permitted by Parishes without consulation with CRW
to maintain a common meaning for Covenant when it has a specific meaning when applying to the behavior of company vehicles)

Community Roadwatch(UK) CIC cannot be officially endorsed by Cambridge Constabulary
because CRW is an incorporated/limited company No 10085683.
However, the Constabulary is on record that it does 'welcome' any initiative - like CRW - that 'improves road safety',
and Cambs Constabulary has stated publicly that it is officially
'Content' to have CRW Operate and recognises it as a totally Independent private scheme.
This independence is a significant strength, not a disadvantage and appreciated by the compies we contact.

Covenant Companies

These are leading Community-centric local companies in or regular visitors to our areas that we have proactively approached to determine their corporate proactive attitude towards speeding and other dangerous driver behavior (on phone, eating/drinking, reading, smoking etc) and not necessarily because we observed their company vehicles speeding. All the companies listed have provided corporate statements and signed a copyright Covenant with CRW that give us confidence that Community Road Safety is systemic and central to their everyday vehicular operations.
That's why they have been invited to become Community RoadCare Associates in support of ALL valid Road Safety Initiatives and Concerns. They have agreed to be listed here because they are proud to make public that corporate commitment to the Community, and have their vehicles monitored for compliance (zero tolerance) by CRW & The Public
